Essay 1: What do you hope to gain professionally from the Wharton MBA?
Should you receive an offer of admission, official scores will then be requested for verification.
The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) is required for non-native English speakers with limited exposure to English.First-time MBA applicants and re-applicants are required to complete both essays.The Admissions Committee wants to get to know you on both a professional and personal level.After you have contacted your recommenders, please complete the form on the Recommendations page.After selecting your recommenders, it is possible that you’ll need to alter this selection.All applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree to be eligible to enroll in the Juris Doctor (JD) program.Applicants who are admitted to the Carey JD/MBA Program are admitted for the fall semester on a full-time basis only.(500 words) Essay 2: Describe an impactful experience or accomplishment that is not reflected elsewhere in your application.How will you use what you learned through that experience to contribute to the Wharton community?We are more concerned with what you have learned in your positions than we are with the length of time you’ve been in the workplace.The Carey JD/MBA Program is a joint-degree program and therefore shares admissions requirements with the Wharton MBA Program.
